Program Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment
By enrolling in a program, you agree to participate in accordance with program requirements and schedules. Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by ion-point.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change. Payment is required in full before program commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available according to the following schedule:
- Before the first session: Full refund minus £50 administrative fee
- After the first session but before the second: 75% refund
- After the second session: No refund, but you may transfer to a future cohort (one time only)

Program Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another cohort.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content
All content on our website and in our programs, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data, software, and course materials, is the property of ion-point or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services and course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission
- Use our materials for commercial purposes
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices

If you submit content during programs (such as assignments, discussion posts, or feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for educational and program improvement purposes.
