Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer refunds if I need to withdraw from a program?
Yes. If you withdraw before the second session, we provide a full refund minus a £50 administrative fee. After that, refunds are prorated based on sessions completed.
Can I get my employer to pay for a program?
Many participants successfully expense our programs as professional development. We can provide documentation and a detailed curriculum outline to support your request.
What if I can't attend all the live sessions?
All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. However, the collaborative nature of the programs means you'll get more value from attending live when possible.
Do you offer payment plans?
Not currently, but we do offer early enrollment discounts (typically 15% off for enrolling at least four weeks before a cohort starts).
